Located next to a shopping mall, this hotel is a convenient base for exploring the area. With main shops nearby, it's easy to indulge in some retail therapy. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good selection of TV channels. The breakfast offers a decent variety, perfect for a quick start to the day. The view of the cordillera in the distance adds a touch of natural beauty to the stay.

The hotel's WiFi network is slow and has a limited range, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel had a nice gym with good equipment and a simple but delicious breakfast. The location was central which made it easy to navigate around. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise from the surrounding pubs made it hard to sleep through the night. The shower over the bath was not ideal and there was no parking available out front which made it difficult upon arrival.

Front desk staff professional and friendly. Breakfast staff unaware of gluten-free options. Limited elevators and breakfast space. No Peruvian cuisine or local beers. Overall positive experience with current menu. Cold buffet with subpar eggs, sausages, and fruit. Mediocre coffee. Falls short of Sheraton brand.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel late at night. After a long drive, we were exhausted and didn't have high expectations. However, this place exceeded our expectations and turned out to be quite luxurious. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with the enhanced comfort we needed. The housekeeping staff, especially Alejandra, were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of this hotel was also perfect, right in the center of town on a one-way street. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and access nearby amenities. we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a luxurious and comfortable stay.
