The vibrant indigenous decor throughout the hotel truly enhanced the cultural experience. The rooftop pool was a lovely escape after a day of exploring, despite some noise from neighboring streets.

this hotel is really nice, the breakfast was amazin with a lot of variety and the location is super central! i loved how friendly the staff were, always ready to help. the pool area looked great, and the murals of original chilean art in the hotel gave it a unique feel. the comfy rooms made it easy to just chill out after a long day of exploring.

but the elevators were super slow sometimes and the gym had a couple machines that were out of order.

i loved that the main lobby was on the 6th floor, away from street noise. the breakfast was great with a lot of options. the pool and lounge area created a private and relaxing environment. the staff was so friendly and helped us several times, making our stay even better.

the only downside was that parking was a bit of a hassle, being a block away.

The bathroom was run down with slow drainage, and the room had no windows for natural light!!! It felt overly basic and old-fashioned, and the lobby had water leaking from the ceiling. Improvements are definitely needed!!!

A lovely experience during our 5-night stay. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations with its excellent food and wine selection. The staff were attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Just remember to check in at 3 PM sharp!
