our stay at holiday inn santiago - airport terminal was exceptional. the location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the airport. the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our late checkout request. we were impressed with the comfortable rooms, excellent food, and the overall hospitality provided by holiday inn.

Noisy air conditioning.

We stayed in a hotel just next to the airport, which was very near to our terminal. The room was clean and pretty spacious; it must have been recently renovated. The service was great and staff extremely friendly. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from.

The view from the window was quite boring.

The location of this hotel is superb, just a short walk from the international departures entrance of the airport. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a typical Holiday Inn bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel also has a fitness center and a small pool. I had a convenient and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that the location couldn't have been more convenient. It was just a short walk from the airport, which made it incredibly easy for me to catch my early morning flight. In fact, it was such a breeze that I didn't even need to worry about transportation. I simply walked out the door by baggage claim and across the small street, and I was right at the hotel. It was such a relief to have such easy access to the airport, especially when I had to catch an early flight.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you are leaving the next day for an early flight.

Right opposite the airport, our flight was an hour late, so it was a godsend that we didn't have to mess about with a taxi. Customer service was excellent. Clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the terminal. The facilities were modern, clean, and at par with any good business hotel I have been to. It was ideal for our situation - arriving late and flying out early - and the hotel's location allowed us to explore downtown conveniently. The staff was exceptionally outgoing and helpful. Breakfast was included and started early, with plenty of good food.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect for us, as we had an early flight the next morning. We were able to walk right across the street to the airport terminal. Despite being so close to the airport, our room was spacious, spotless, and surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed using the computer and printer to print our boarding passes, which were available free of charge. The restaurant was fantastic, with delicious dinner options and a wide selection for the buffet breakfast. We also loved taking a dip in the small pool in the afternoon.

This hotel is in the perfect location for a quick stopover at the airport. It's conveniently close to the airport, right across the road from the terminal. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with high-quality amenities. The staff are friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage there while we went on a side trip. The breakfast is ample and satisfying, providing a great start to the day. The hotel even offers a pool and spa, perfect for relaxation after a long journey.

The hotel food could be improved, as one guest had a negative experience with a burger that had a rancid smell. However, this seems to be an isolated incident, as the majority of reviews indicate satisfactory dining experiences.

We were impressed with this place as it is located just a few steps away from the airport terminals. When we arrived, the multilingual front desk staff efficiently greeted us and offered us a late check-out. The room was comfortable, spacious, modern and even had ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee amenities. The free Wi-Fi was easy to access and we appreciated the free airport shuttle service.
