The panoramic indoor swimming pool was a sanctuary of relaxation, just like a hidden oasis in the desert. Our stress melted away as we soaked in the warm water, surrounded by the stunning views of the lake and volcano. It was truly a magical experience.

I had a lovely stay at Awa and was amazed by the breathtaking views of the lake from my room. The design of the property and rooms was impeccable, and the upkeep was excellent. The restaurant served exceptional food, with daily changing menus for lunch and dinner. The staff were generally attentive and helpful, making my stay incredibly relaxing and chilled. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly superb experience.

The staff kindly suggested local sights on my first visit. I always return for business. the hotel offers Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour services, dining options, spa treatments, laundry. Hotel Awa has everything I need for a comfortable stay.

During my weekend away, I experienced the most beautiful decoration and design of the rooms. the facilities were also top-notch, especially the amazing pool. the food was outstanding and the staff was friendly and kind. the location was breathtaking, with water views and close to many activities for an adventurous weekend.

While the spa and pool were exceptional, the sports facilities could use some improvements. the gym equipment was not at the same level as the rest of the hotel, although it was still satisfactory.

The hotel is located in front of the majestic Osorno volcano, offering breathtaking views. The rooms are incredible, with beautiful decorations and mind-blowing facilities. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, guests can enjoy kayaking on the nearby lake, adding to the overall amazing experience.

The gym equipment could use an upgrade.

The luxurious amenities of this venue provided me with an unforgettable experience. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding , their massages were particularly incredible. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were both exclusive and greatly appreciated. the beauty treatments and facial were of a high, end quality. the sun terrace and garden area were very peaceful and provided a fantastic relaxation environment.

I did face a minor issue with the restaurant , there were limited options for special diet menus. Other than that, the staff were prompt and efficient with their service, which was a pleasant surprise.
