I had an amazing hotel experience at Villa Casagrande Resort E Spa. The beautiful courtyard where I enjoyed breakfast outside was truly a delight. Figline Valdarno is a charming town with great restaurants, and the train connection to Florence was convenient for exploring the area. The wine tasting experience was a highlight, with a tour of the 13th-century part of the hotel and a chance to taste the delicious wines. The swimming pool complex, although requiring an additional fee for sunbeds and umbrellas, was a wonderful addition to the hotel. As four middle-aged travelers, we found it difficult to leave this perfect place behind.

We also took advantage of the indoor pool and indulged in a rejuvenating massage at the spa. Our room was in good condition and had a lovely patio where we could unwind. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit difficult to adjust, either being too cold or too hot. However, the staff was accommodating and provided an additional fan to help regulate the temperature.

The resort was absolutely stunning, blending historical charm with modern comforts. the rooms with canopy beds were simply wow! the hotel also offers a special tour of their museum, which allowed us to fully appreciate the historical value of this medieval house. It was great to see the Luccioli family preserving this treasure. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring Florence, Sienna, and other beautiful towns in Tuscany. the roads were a bit challenging but the landscapes were worth it. the train to Florence was also easily accessible from the hotel.

There were a couple of minor issues that could be improved. the insulation between the rooms was not adequate, as we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.

The value for the money at this hotel was great, with a beautiful room and comfortable amenities. The location was convenient for travelers with a car, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Great location, conveniently close to train station and shopping. the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, providing useful information and assisting with planning trips and tours. the spa treatments were enjoyable and the rooms were just like on the website.

The only way to get into town was by train, which became inconvenient after a certain time as the train only ran hourly and made frequent stops. It caused some stress when trying to catch a flight on time.
