Would highly recommend this hotel to any English-speaking traveler visiting for the first time. The 24hr reception was incredibly helpful and patient, and the breakfast was amazing. The free daily wine tasting was a major bonus and the staff was kind and eager to guide us through our visit. The building was gorgeous with comfortable designer furnishings and the warm rooms were appreciated. The secure ground level car park was a plus. The location was great with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions, including the funicular up San Cristobal. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The staff was very accommodating, providing lots of helpful information about tours and museums, and arranging transport and day trips. The location in the Bellavista barrio was perfect for exploring the nightlife and historic city. The 24-hour lounge and simple breakfast were great, and the staff even made sure we had fresh coffee and a take-away breakfast for our early flight. The atmosphere was pleasant, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood had a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, with jaw-droppingly beautiful rooms and a charming ambiance. The staff here are super friendly and pay attention to every little detail, from the free lounge with delicious coffee and tea, to providing a public transportation card. The area surrounding the hotel is incredibly hip, with gorgeous murals and an abundance of fantastic restaurants and bars. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Despite being located in a lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants, the noise was never an issue. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The location was perfect, right in front of a charming little square. I especially loved the beautiful building and the lovely bar and terrace where I could relax outside my room.

They even helped us book a bus over the Andes. the beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. We felt like we were staying in an artist town, with the hotel's cute lounge area and antique decor. the hotel's history added to its charm, and we felt safe and secure during our stay. the breakfast was delicious, and it was great to have water and coffee available for free all day.

We had a lovely stay at Boutique Castillo Rojo. the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging airport transfers for us with guide Sabastian Zamora. the elegant decor of the hotel was outstanding, and its location in the Bohemian quarter was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the warm and comfortable room, which was a welcome treat in August. the secure ground level car park was a great convenience, and the breakfast included the option to make your own delicious cheese and ham toasties. We also appreciated the gluten-free bread provided upon request.

We loved the hotel's elegant and unique charm, with its century-old architecture and tastefully decorated rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was attentive to every detail. The location was ideal, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with colorful murals, bars, and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything, including Plaza de Armas. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The building itself is a hidden gem, beautifully remodeled with luxurious touches throughout. The location in Bellavista was perfect for exploring the vibrant restaurant and bar scene. We were pleasantly surprised to find original blueprints from 1923 displayed on the walls, adding a touch of history to our stay. The staff, especially Nicolas at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and professional. The little touches like sparkling wine upon arrival and the daily wine reception were a lovely touch. We also took advantage of the convenient airport transfer service. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Santiago.
