The Thai massage at the award-winning Luxa Spa was rejuvenating, and the receptionist, Ann, made me feel truly welcome with her warm hospitality. The location of the hotel allowed me to enjoy a peaceful and delicious breakfast outdoors, away from the noise of the city. I highly recommend this hidden gem for its exceptional service and amenities.

The hotel had a very modern and attractive design. It was also in a great location, only a short walk away from public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of delicious options.

The carpets in the rooms could use a deep cleaning, as there were some noticeable stains. the housekeeping could have been more thorough, as we only received the bare minimum of towels, glasses, and water bottles for our stay.

Moreover, the location was very convenient, being only a short distance from public transport and shopping malls.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the limited room service menu for late-night dining options. However, given the range of dining options available nearby, this was not a significant concern.
