The fireplace in the common area at Hotel Casa was absolutely wonderful. It had comfortable sofas where my husband and I could relax and enjoy the cozy ambiance. We spent our evenings by the fire, sipping on hot cocoa and chatting the night away. It truly added a special touch to our stay.

Stunning Views, Quiet Location

The room offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area, including a lake and a volcano. It was also very peaceful and quiet, ideal for those seeking relaxation. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's cleanliness standards left a lot to be desired. The room was not properly cleaned and had a musty smell.
