I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was only a short walk to restaurants and shopping, which made exploring the area very convenient. I really enjoyed taking evening walks along the coast, it was such a pleasant way to end the day. The hotel also offered tours from local agents, making it easy to book excursions and explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was impeccable. I felt truly pampered during my time here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends who are traveling to this area. It provides excellent value for money and I had no complaints about my stay.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Costaustralis during our recent stay in Puerto Natales. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated and sets a great first impression. Our room was small but modern and stylish, with a chic bathroom featuring an amazing shower that had two spray options - a large rainfall showerhead and a removable handheld showerhead. The water pressure was excellent, making for a refreshing shower experience. Despite the construction work on the quayside blocking the view of the water, the hotel's location near the center of town was still convenient for exploring the area. The warm and clean rooms, along with the lovely lounge/bar, added to our enjoyable stay.

The view from our corner room was breathtaking, giving us a wide range of beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even holding our luggage on the day of departure. Conveniently located near the town center and restaurants.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel by the waterfront. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the bay. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, providing us with utmost comfort. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even helped us with arranging the delivery of our suitcases. The breakfast selection was delicious, and we loved the unique concept of individually portioned items to reduce food waste. The hotel also had a cozy lounge area, perfect for relaxing with a drink. our experience at this hotel was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at this waterfront hotel! The location was superb - close to many restaurant choices and just a short walk to the bus terminal. Our room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with great shower water temperature and pressure. The service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the view from our room overlooking the harbor was breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That the hotel's restaurant had some issues with the food. We had a couple of meals there and unfortunately encountered raw dough and even hair in our dishes.

Complementary turkey soup and pumpkin pie was a nice touch during Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel. the view of the water from the hotel was breathtaking and made for beautiful sunsets. the breakfast options were plentiful and varied each day.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the noise level was unbearable at night due to a construction project happening in the hotel.

It is within walking distance to all the major spots in the small town of Puerto Natales. The staff are friendly and helpful, with good English language skills. The breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of options, including both English and continental fare. The cozy and comfortable rooms are perfect for pre- or post-hiking trip nights. The hotel also provides free bike rentals, allowing guests to easily explore the rest of Puerto Natales.

The room size was decent with good facilities and water stations on each floor. Convenient for taking the shuttle bus into town and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all major spots in town. One of the best aspects of the hotel is the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains across the river.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. the hotel staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome.
