I had a wonderful stay at a classy property with comfortable rooms and great on-site amenities. The restaurant on the top floor offered amazing views of the city. The included breakfast had a wide variety of delicious foods. The rooftop pool was the perfect spot to cool off in the afternoon. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, arranging late checkout and transportation to the airport. The hotel's location near museums, parks, restaurants, and bars made it even better. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

We stayed in the heart of the city, in a lively neighborhood with plenty of options for good food and entertainment. The hotel staff was helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The continental buffet breakfast offered a great selection, and the lounge was a perfect spot to relax with a hot cup of coffee.

The floor in the bathroom was not aesthetically pleasing and seemed out of place with the rest of the room's design. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, constantly logging off and requiring repeated logins.

During our three visits to Hotel Cumbres, we were consistently impressed with the clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. The staff was always helpful with requests, such as transfers and luggage storage. The location of the hotel, at the foot of the Lastarria district, was superb, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and a metro stop nearby. The breakfast spread was satisfying, and we appreciated the complimentary water and coffee pods. The hotel's restaurant offered breathtaking views of the Cordillera and surrounding neighborhoods.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant provided a luxurious breakfast experience with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the room was well, equipped with exclusive amenities, including a spacious and chic design that exudes elegance. the polite and friendly staff make you feel pampered and well, cared for.

The bathroom's smoked/patterned glass was an issue as it lacked privacy and was unsuitable for friends or family staying together. the room's cleaning service was precise and satisfactory.

This hotel is the perfect base for exploring any location in South America. It is located right in the centre, surrounded by lots of good bars and restaurants, making it convenient for party people like me. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very pleasant and willing to help. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. Plus, there is an outdoor pool and a tapas bar for guests to enjoy.

The fitness center is disappointingly small.

The rooms lacked good lighting and some areas of the hotel were quite dark. the gym had very limited equipment and was in the basement, which was also quite gloomy.
