The hotel needs to improve its check-in process during busy late mornings!!! Also, the nearby amenities close too early on Sundays, limiting available options!!! The space around the pool could use more seating!!!

location was truly ideal for exploring the vibrant Lastarria neighborhood. While the small pool was inviting, I wish there were more options for lounging. I also appreciated the attentive staff, who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It was just a great fit for a walk in the evening in Santiago with high value for money. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the rooftop views made the mornings special. Check out nearby cafes for coffee, as the hotel’s lobby lacks seating.

OMG, we showed up super early after a long flight, and the staff totally hooked us up with a room right away! Super friendly vibes, like, I loved the stylish decor. And the location? Perfect walk to all the cute spots. Seriously, it was just fantastic to chill in that cozy room!

We love the exceptional location just a few blocks from the main square, surrounded by numerous restaurants in a vibrant neighborhood. The hotel is spotless and the amenities are top-notch, including a fantastic rooftop pool. Our room was comfortable and the mattress was unbeatable for a restful night's sleep.

The breakfast service seemed a bit disorganized at times, leading to longer wait periods.

the breakfast was good but sooo boring. Same thing everyday, like, i almost fell asleep at the table. And the pool? Who even maintains these things? No one even bothered to check if I was comfortable for my entire stay. then they tried to charge me for checking in early, excuse me? ?

Consider asking for a quieter room upon check-in to enhance your relaxation, as the area can be lively, but the rooms are peaceful retreats.

the bar staff seemed a bit unfriendly! the hotel is in a superb location with easy access to amazing restaurants and the rooftop pool had stunning views. breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic buffet selection.

The room had a unique layout with separated toilet and shower areas. Great filtered water. Loved the charming decor and the rooftop pool with stunning views, making for a relaxing end to my trip.

Staying here with friends was awesome! The location is right by street market stalls, bars, and restaurants. We loved the rooftop breakfast and pool. Definitely check out the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes and Parque Forestal nearby. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything!

One thing to note, the bar had a pretty limited selection and felt a bit dull, which was disappointing after a long day out exploring.
