We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The rooftop pool provided us with a delightful escape from the heat, and the views from there were outrageously good. The hotel's location next to the castle on a hill was perfect, allowing us to reach most major attractions in just a few minutes through a spectacular pedestrian street. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

However, the staff made up for it by providing top-class service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The views from the hotel were stunning.

The hotel provided ample car parking, which was convenient and hassle-free.- The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation, such as the bus that runs into the city center every 40 minutes.- The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay during the Christmas period.

The wait for food was especially long, almost an hour. Despite having made a reservation and arriving on time, we were not given an option for a table on the terrace and had to wait 20 minutes before our order was taken.

The bar and dining options were really nice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views of the city were absolutely amazing, being on the mountain top. The hotel also had great WiFi access.
