For the price we paid, the value was outstanding. The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of Volcano Osorno and the lake. The location was convenient with a nice walking path to town. The staff, especially the front desk agent Jorge, were exceptional in their helpfulness and arranging tours.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety.

This hotel is just amazing with its great location right in front of the lake in the Lake District. It's close to the main area of town, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom has a nice shower. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, with helpful and friendly front desk agents. The breakfast is out of this world, with a diverse array of options including fruits, yogurts, breads, and fresh juices. It's the perfect place to base yourself for hiking trips in the area.

One small issue that could be improved is the communication and promptness in resolving problems.

The free drinks and chocolate were a nice touch, and the location was convenient for my business meetings. the breakfast was good, with a selection of options to choose from. On my last night, the view from the restaurant was amazing and made for a great end to my trip.

My stay was marred by some negative experiences. the noise on the 6th floor was unbearable and I had to request a room change.

As a tourist, I loved the beautiful architecture, amazing view from our balcony, and the convenient location. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the elder doorman who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was excellent and the shower was great. The hotel even included a special gift for our birthday celebration. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I was surrounded by luxury. the beautifully decorated lobby with its roaring fire immediately made me feel at home. My room was spacious and elegant, with exclusive amenities like a coffee maker, complimentary bottled water, and a relaxing spa bath in the bathroom. the view of the surroundings from my window was breathtaking. Service was always top-notch and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were fulfilled.

Nonetheless, the indoor swimming pool and heated swimming pool, along with the garden area and sun loungers, provided ample relaxation opportunities.

The staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate my special breakfast requests, and the hotel's location was perfect for easy access to town and tour pick-ups. The room was spacious and clean, with stunning views of Volcano Osorno and the lake. The hotel's cozy lobby and restaurant area provided a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
