our stopover at orida maidstone was better than expected. the clean and warm hotel with welcoming staff made us feel comfortable. the spacious room and comfortable bed added to the pleasant experience. breakfast options were plentiful and the cooked food was fresh and hot. we will definitely return.

Had a great Christmas stay! Loved the complementary hot cocoa and mince pies upon arrival, really set the festive mood! the hotel was conveniently located near shopping and dining areas. the room had a comfortable bed and a good view of the town outside.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some major renovations. the room was quite warm and lacked air conditioning.

The staff were professional and friendly. A slice of cake was provided in the room for our anniversary. The food in the restaurants was of good quality.
