During my stay, I appreciated the staff's dedication to our comfort. Despite challenges outside, they ensured we had everything we needed. The rooftop provided a good view of the mountains. I value experiences like this while exploring unique lodgings in the U.S. It felt reassuring to have attentive service while encountering unfamiliar surroundings. Staying in such an environment made the experience enjoyable.

For a great experience, ask for a room on a higher floor to enjoy stunning views without the noise from the restaurant. the 17th floor is particularly spectacular.

Request a higher room floor for quieter nights, as lower levels may experience noise from the restaurant above.

It was just a proper fit for a holiday in Santiago with best value for money ratio. The refreshments provided in the conference area were a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. If you're looking for a quieter spot, consider asking for a room on a higher floor to avoid the noise from below.

Great rooftop restaurant with amazing views.

The bathroom pods were poorly designed with no privacy, making it awkward to share with someone. Additionally, the air conditioning was excessively noisy, disrupting sleep. I also encountered serious safety concerns when my wife slipped in the tiny shower. management's lack of response to this incident was disappointing.

the restaurant food was definitely overpriced and absolutely not worth it, I expected gourmet dining!. also, the bathroom pod was so noisy, it ruined my peaceful moments. I would have thought a simple complimentary upgrade woudl ve been offered for those inconveniences, but I guess that only happens for 'special' guests. almost gave it a good review but just couldn’t.

Staying on the higher floors offered breathtaking views of the Andes, especially during sunset. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure comfort, which made the experience truly enjoyable. Though the room was clean and comfortable, I found the coffee maker less effective than expected. a kettle would have been more practical for a nice cup of tea. On a negative note, the air conditioning was quite loud, interrupting sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some room for improvement.

The atmosphere at Doubletree By Hilton Santiago Kennedy felt vibrant and welcoming! I truly enjoyed the magnificent views from the rooftop restaurant during my dinner. Plus, the complimentary coffee served in the lobby was a lovely touch! The staff were attentive and made me feel like a valued guest.

Clean room, friendly staff, which made our stay enjoyable as we appreciated the well-maintained facilities including a nice fitness center and easy access to the main street filled with plenty of dining options only a short walk away.
