I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I wanted to share my experience. the staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location of the hotel is fantastic. It is just a two-minute walk to Taksim Square, yet the hustle and bustle of the city feels far away when it's time to rest. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The hotel offered good value for money and I found it to be a great choice for my stay in the city.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport bus stop, Taxim square, and Taxim station, making it a convenient location for travelers. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and include helpful amenities like spotless bathrooms and comfy beds. The hotel staff is exceptional, going above and beyond in customer service, including offering breakfast to early arrivals. The buffet breakfast is also delicious and a great start to the day.

There were some reports of leakage in the bathrooms, but they were promptly cleaned and dried by the hotel staff.

The hotel staff were friendly and respectful. They even sent me a complimentary birthday cake, which was a nice surprise. the location was great - close to Taksim square, restaurants, shopping malls, and attractions like the Galata tower and the Bosphorus strait. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of Turkish cuisine, along with delicious coffees and cocoa.

The road leading to the hotel was under construction during my visit. It was difficult to navigate and caused some inconvenience.
