Centrally located, old-fashioned hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms, hot showers, and nice breakfast with great views. Good value for money.

the room was more like a suite with a sitting room and hallway. It had a lot of character and was located next to Cerro Santa Lucia, within walking distance of Bella Artes metro and Lastarria. the staff were very helpful and even organized a taxi for me. the breakfast was nice and I was able to get a room with a view. it was great value for money and the location was perfect.

The hotel offered free parking and had friendly staff. It was conveniently located near a park and many restaurants.

Sadly, the room was old fashioned and outdated. It was also extremely noisy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel, with a charming old-world atmosphere. The breakfast in the top floor restaurant offers beautiful views. The staff were helpful during our stay and the location was convenient. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.
