They provided helpful tips and arranged transportation, allowing me to navigate the city without worry. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax with fresh produce from the nearby market and a complimentary bottle of red wine. Additionally, the king size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The rooftop terrace was a fantastic feature, offering beautiful views and a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, even allowing us to take a shower after check-out before heading to the airport. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions. Additionally, there was a fantastic walking and bike tour company just up the street, making it easy to explore the area.

I recently had a great 2-day stay at this hotel just outside the Bellavista neighborhood in Santiago. The location was ideal, with everything I wanted close by. The staff, although one person at check-in was a bit rude, were very nice and provided great recommendations. The service was excellent, and the basic amenities in the room, including air conditioning, were a welcoming touch. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was pretty good with a variety of options each day.

The only slight downside was that the rooms were a bit tight, with limited storage space. It would have been even better if they provided at least 2 bottles of water per day or a place to refill them.

Secondly, the location of the hotel was outstanding - within walking distance of all the sights I wanted to see, as well as being close to plenty of affordable and delicious restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for two people, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
