We recently spent our Christmas at this hotel and were blown away by the stunning setting. the architecture and interiors were beautiful, instantly transporting us to a different time. the hotel's location was also ideal, just a short stroll from the city center. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of our room.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service at breakfast, I felt truly well taken care of. the hotel itself exudes a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and the beautiful garden only added to the charm. the accommodations were luxurious and clean, and the breakfast provided was of exceptional quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you to the staff and restaurant for their special touches and kindnesses.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool and hot tub which were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and sightseeing. We loved the beautiful garden, and it was lovely to see the chef using herbs picked from there. The breakfast was delicious and the portion size was just right. the service provided by the staff, the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and the location lookout to the garden were the best aspects of our stay.

We especially loved our quiet and comfortable suite, and the valet parking service was top-notch. our experience at the Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional.

The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious with a stylish decor. The garden was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink. The spa treatments, including the pedicure and massage, were wonderful. Parking was free and the valet service was convenient. The afternoon tea was exceptional.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful, historic hotel, we were treated like royalty. the staff at the Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa couldn't have been more welcoming, polite, and helpful. They even went above and beyond to accommodate my back pain, arranging special flowers and chocolates for my wife. the facilities were excellent, with a comfortable and charming restaurant on the lower floor. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, and although there was no tea service, complimentary hot drinks were always available. We can't wait to book another stay in the early summer to explore more.

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the hotel gardens were well-kept and provided a peaceful and idyllic setting for our romantic getaway.

the room we stayed in had a leaking window in the ensuite, which was quite inconvenient. although the hotel was undergoing refurbishments, we felt that not enough was done to compensate for the disruption, leading to an underwhelming overall experience.

The location of the hotel is a great advantage, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Guests who choose the diners delight package can enjoy the convenience of having a hot lunch included, which is a nice touch. The staff, particularly Rotheria on reception and the valet parking staff, provide excellent client service, creating a pleasant experience.

The negative aspect of the hotel is the inability to fill the sink to have a proper shave, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
