This hotel is located in a quiet and secluded area, with great views of the Andes foothills. It is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Cascada de la Novia waterfall and enjoying activities like kayaking. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with great showers and cozy beds. I had the most amazing stay at a hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery. I was lucky enough to have a room with a spectacular view and a balcony to enjoy it from. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The highlight of my stay was the incredible massage I received for just $20. The masseuse was skilled, and although she didn't quite finish the full body massage, I was so relaxed that I didn't mind. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, perfect for wandering around and taking stunning photos. The only downside was the food, which I found to be unremarkable. But considering the remote location, it's understandable that the options would be limited. Despite that, I highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking surroundings and overall tranquility.

Spacious rooms with ski chalet style. Cozy downstairs lounge with open fires. Great location near waterfall, port, and gardens. Superb accommodations, delicious food, and friendly staff in a beautiful, remote location on Lake Todos los Santos. Repeat visit that did not disappoint.
