Nothing could have been better.

I had a great stay at a hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The bed was amazing and the spacious bathroom with a separate bath was a luxurious touch. The hotel's gym was sufficient and I enjoyed using the swimming pool, which was also free of charge. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there was no extra charge for it. The staff at the hotel spoke good English and were very friendly. The buffet dinner had a wide variety of delicious choices. The location was convenient, with a subway stop right outside the hotel and a big mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a romantic getaway. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the option for coffee and tea in the room. the hotel’s location was ideal, with convenient access to a nearby shopping center and easy transportation options. We especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and VPN service, which allowed us to stay connected to the outside world.

The air conditioning was not adjustable and the centralized control made the temperature too warm for our liking.

Amazing staff, especially James Chen and Terry, assisted with travel arrangements and offered advice. Comfortable room with great bed. Night manager Terry was extremely helpful with email correspondence. Excellent service from front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant. Attentive staff, remember preferences, and accommodate requests. Excellent location near mall and BRT-Subway.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities, making us feel pampered. We were impressed with the attentive service provided by the staff, who remembered our preferences and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The spacious room was extremely comfortable with excellent A/C and the bathroom had great decor, a bath, and rain shower, making it difficult to leave. Cons: the hotel could improve its facilities by upgrading to stay competitive. this was a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.
