The roads leading to the hotel were quite challenging, with gravel and single lanes. It may be difficult for guests who are not comfortable driving in these conditions.

The hotel was outside the park entrance, so we had to pay an additional fee to enter the park. This was a bit inconvenient, but not a major issue.

The location of this hotel is superb, nestled in a beautiful valley close to rivers and one of the entrances to the park. The views are breathtaking and there is an excellent Torres del Paine Lodge restaurant just one km away where you can enjoy a much more friendly atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and relatively affordable, with clean bathrooms and helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious and there are great facilities such as a spa and sauna for relaxation after a day of hiking in the park.

The prices in the restaurant and tour office can be a bit higher than expected.

The hotel has a great location on the edge of the park. We enjoyed the pool, good breakfast, and the view on the river and mountains. One thing you may want to consider is renting a car, as park excursions can be expensive. we would recommend this hotel.
