I had a great experience at Sommelier hotel in the central location. Claudia at the front desk was so kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and catch up on some much-needed sleep. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy bed and convenient amenities like a microwave and sink. I especially appreciated the swing-out TV, which allowed me to watch from the comfort of the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was basic but satisfying. The best part was the delicious, made-to-order coffee that really hit the spot.

Excellent boutique hotel, huge rooms with kitchenette, good breakfast, great value for money. Excellent location, within walking distance of downtown area, shopping, metro and historical sights. Helpful staff guided us to nearby bars and restaurants. Room had daily maid service, clean, secure building.

This allowed us to take a much-needed nap before exploring the city. The room had everything we needed, including a convenient kitchenette and a comfortable bed with a swing-out TV. The bathroom was also great with a shower and a drying area for our clothes. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. If we had any issues, they were quick to assist. We also appreciated the free bottle of water and the option to purchase wine in the room.

the hotel exceeded our expectations! after a previous stay in santiago, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location, friendly staff, and great breakfast with amazing coffee. the room was spacious with a kitchenette and separate sitting area, making it perfect for our honeymoon. we would definitely stay here again!
