Fantastic! We had a wonderful weekend stay at Serendipity House. The room was spotless and the two comfy beds were a treat. The breakfast served by the friendly woman on both Saturday and Sunday morning was delicious. The staff is top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return when we are back in the city. Thank you so much!

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is in walking distance to Derry downtown. The room and bathroom at the hotel are lovely and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel offers an "honesty bar" which is a nice touch for guests to enjoy.

There is a rather steep hill to climb to reach the hotel from the city centre.

Staying here was a great experience! I loved how this place is located in a residential area without being far away from the city centre. It’s perfect for those who want to stay close to the action but still have some peace and quiet. The service is top-notch, the housekeeping is always on point, and I even got a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff are very attentive and can arrange tours and tickets for you. The amenities in the room were fantastic - an ironing board, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a television, and my room was soundproofed. The sitting area and terrace outside were so charming with garden furniture, green space, and lovely views. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas were also great for getting a bite to eat or drink. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a large selection of hot and cold foods, picnic area/tables, and even special diet menus.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were impressed by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, right outside the city centre and in a residential area. It is within walking distance to all the attractions and amenities you'd need, such as the beautiful Brooke Park. The hotel itself is well-maintained and super clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always there to help you with any queries. The key code access and ample street parking outside the premises were also very convenient. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a great choice of hot and cold items to start the day off right.

It would have been appreciated if there had been a choice of butter instead of a spread. Other than these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable and the hotel provided a comfortable base for exploring the area.

The venue was beautiful and the bedroom was luxurious. The en-suite was also gorgeous with clean towels and spotless surroundings. The staff, especially Dee, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The decor added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

What an amazing Christmas experience! the breakfast spread was exceptional with lots of options and the hot served breakfast was lovely. the location was perfect, close to tourist attractions and pubs. the view from the outside terrace was breathtaking, and the drinks were exquisite.

Although the hand scanning system in place was innovative and secure, it took some time to get it right. the room was too hot, especially for someone who sleeps with the windows open.

the b&b was a perfect choice for my brief visit - the location was ideal, just a short walk from the center. the staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices, and my room was clean and had a great view. the key code entry provided excellent security.

We had a fantastic time staying at this stylish B&B. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the city center and with a wonderful view of the city from the back patio. The room had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The separate bathroom, which was a few steps down the stairs. It was a little inconvenient, but still manageable.
