During my stay at Ibis Santiago Estacion Central, I had a fantastic experience with the staff at the restaurant. Despite a busy evening, they were attentive and made sure I felt valued as a guest. The food was delicious and served with great care. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for easy access to the bus and train stations. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Santiago.

The rooms are comfortable, with good WiFi and hot water. Despite some street noise, the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel located very close to a huge, noisy bus terminal in Santiago. Despite the chaotic location, the room was clean and well-maintained, with standard furniture throughout. The bathroom was small, but the shower was functional and the hotel provided a nice modern safe for valuables. The breakfast offered a diverse range of options and was reasonably priced. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated in a mall area, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants a block or two away.

I was disappointed to find that there were no normal glasses in the bathroom, only cardboard cups wrapped in plastic.

Great location for catching buses to places like Valparaiso and for exploring the city. Conveniently located next to the Alameda bus station and the Turbus from the airport. Staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for our early morning departure. Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds and amazing showers.

Good metro access and located close to bus station. Buffet breakfast and dinner at an affordable price were impressive. the staff was accommodating and helpful considering they were always happy to assist.

Despite being a decent hotel, it's located in a noisy and unpleasant area of the city. the room and bathroom were a bit basic, and the noise pollution from both traffic and pedestrians was irritating.

the room had a strong cigarette smell when I first arrived, and even after changing rooms, the unpleasant odor lingered.

Rodrigo at front desk was superb - checked me in quickly and got me a Coke. helpful staff printed tickets, arranged taxi, gave us metro card. WIFI worked well, felt safe. metro access and shopping center nearby. best option for late flight and early plane.

the hotel itself, Ibis, was just okay and a bit pricey for what it offered. the breakfast was good and the staff was very attentive. the room was excellent, with everything I needed and a comfortable, wide bed. the check-in process was smooth and I had the option of choosing a room on a lower or higher floor. the three lifts were fast, and overall, I felt that I had made an excellent choice.
