I had an exceptional stay at Crowne Plaza Phuket Panwa Beach. The hotel staff, particularly Fern at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful in planning my island trips. The massages, swimming pool, and fitness facilities were great. And I have to agree, the breakfast was the BEST! The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the nearby islands. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is pure luxury! the exclusive amenities fulfill all my needs and the beautiful garden area and sun terrace are the perfect places to relax. the outdoor swimming pool with a view is marvelous and the beach access is just perfect!

I only had one minor issue with the air conditioning in the room, which was a bit difficult to regulate. this in no way diminished my overall experience at this amazing venue and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Thailand.

This resort is located on a tranquil private beach, where the water is always at low tide. The view of the sea is absolutely beautiful and perfect for sunset. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great black-out curtains. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location is a bit isolated, making it expensive to travel to other places like Patong and Phuket Town.

During my Xmas vacation, there were two very convenient offerings at the hotel. the location was ideal for those who wanted a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the staff was helpful and polite. But the best aspect of my stay was the picturesque view from my room balcony. the sunsets were so beautiful, they took my breath away.

Not everything was as satisfactory as I would have liked. the hotel was very crowded and noisy - it was hard to find a quiet corner to relax and unwind.
