I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Punta Arenas. The location was perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore the best area of the city. The service provided by the housekeeping staff was exceptional - they were friendly and quick to clean my room each day. The hotel also offered laundry services, which was a convenient feature. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities and mini-bar were a nice touch, and the sitting area provided a cozy space to relax. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were also much appreciated.

While the hotel overall was fantastic, the reception desk could use some improvement. It seemed understaffed, with only one person handling multiple tasks.

Beautiful architecture and decor. Large room with sitting room and well-appointed bathroom. Attentive reception staff. Historic feel with low entrance fee. Packed picnic lunches. Assisted with delayed visit due to medical treatment. Incredible heating and hot water. Historic building with character. Helpful staff. Very central location.

The historic building was a delight to stay in, with a charming conservatory-style breakfast and dinner room. We were also fascinated by the onsite museum, giving us a glimpse into the past. The comfortable rooms and the inviting Shackleton Bar made our stay even better. And let's not forget the phenomenal breakfast, available early in the morning to accommodate our travels. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the old-world charm and historic feel of the building, combined with modern amenities. Reception staff were welcoming and attentive, packing picnic lunches for our excursions. Bonus: complimentary entrance to the on-site museum. Location was perfect, situated close to key landmarks and attractions. No need for taxis or public transport.

The restaurant was fully booked one evening, and no alternative was proposed. Wi-Fi was sketchy at times.
