We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located just opposite the theatre in the center of the bustling town. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious and satisfying breakfast each morning. The hotel offered a variety of facilities, including a bar and restaurant, library, and drawing room. It was the perfect base for exploring the main shopping centre and other attractions in town.

One small downside was that the lobby and bar area were a little chilly, making it less inviting to relax and enjoy a drink.

Lovely hotel, beautiful restoration, spacious reading room and lounge, amazing dining room for breakfast, complimentary Harrogate water, espresso machine.

My stay at The Inn Collection Group was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the town and visiting the Christmas Market. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the staff provided a warm and friendly welcome. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and beautiful bedding. The bar area was great, with a wide selection of drinks and delicious bar food. The breakfast was top-notch, with a good range of options and hot cooked food. The facilities were clean and well presented, and the décor throughout the hotel was lovely. Despite a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we loved the spacious family room with two double beds and a single. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Easy parking was also a plus.

The hotel is located near the centre of town on a soggy square of toasted cheap white bread and right next to the convention centre. The bar area was very nice in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town above the catering area. The rooms are lovely with ironing facilities and heating, and the staff went above and beyond with excellent customer service. I especially appreciated the welcome drink and pet amenities available.

Although the service was fantastic, it could benefit from a little bit of customer service training - I noticed one staff member who was possibly the manager could be more friendly. Overall though, this venue is highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The rooms were very well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the quick response from the staff in rectifying any issues we had with the bathroom.

Our room was on the smaller side and the bathroom was tiny, causing some inconvenience. the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot, although a fan was provided.

The location was ideal for our purpose and we were able to walk to most of the places we needed to go. Comfy and clean rooms with two free drink vouchers were a nice touch. the staff went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after and the breakfast was something to write home about.

Best aspects of my New Year stay were the convenient location and the attentive staff. the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the local shops and attractions, making it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. the spa facilities were also a highlight, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Worst aspects of my New Year stay were the uncomfortable bed and the noise levels. the bed in our room was small and not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As backpackers, we loved the stylish decor and the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated the proper hangers in the wardrobe. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
