The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The building felt secure and the staff even helped us with our luggage since there's no elevator. a great experience.

This was our 4th stay at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts and it never disappoints. The apartment is clean, well equipped, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We loved the location as it is centrally located near cafes, bars, and shops. It's also within walking distance to museums and attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they even stored our bags after check-out so we could continue exploring until our flight.

As foreign tourists, we loved the cozy and artistic atmosphere of Lastarria. The area is filled with local restaurants, bars, and shops, providing a truly authentic experience. The location is perfect, being right in the middle between the old city center and Bellavista, next to the beautiful Forestal Park. We were able to easily explore many attractions on foot, including a supermarket for our convenience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at a very spacious apartment at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts. It was perfect for my husband, my 14-year-old, and myself. The neighborhood was excellent, with great local restaurants and many local sights within walking distance, including La Vega, Parque Forestal, and the El Centro neighborhood. What made our stay even better was the attentive and helpful staff, particularly Simon at the front desk. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and spoke very good English. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious for 3 single people. The hotel is in the center of Lastarria, close to a nice park where we could take a walk and shake off our jet lag. The location is also very convenient, as it is very close to the subway, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, there are great restaurants and coffee shops across the street, offering us plenty of dining options during our stay.
