We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out later without any hassle. The room was spacious, warm, and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the coffee/tea making facilities and the TV, added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of various pubs, restaurants, and shops. We also heard great things about the pub and restaurant within the hotel, although we unfortunately didn't get a chance to try them ourselves. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel's central location was a huge plus for me as it was right in the heart of the town, close to everything, including the shopping centre across the road. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious, clean room that had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom equipped with a double sink, separate bath and shower. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Plus, the car parking was good and I felt secure leaving my car there.

There were a few issues with the check-in process, with our room not being ready on time and being overcharged initially. However, these problems were eventually resolved and the refund was processed at checkout.

They went above and beyond by calling their partner hotel in a nearby city to secure a room for us for the following night. The hotel's location was great, serving as a good starting point for exploring Ireland. The food at the hotel's bar was excellent, offering great value for the price. The hotel staff also provided helpful suggestions for things to do in this city during our short stay.
