I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Santiago! The value for money was fantastic, and the room was top-notch. The location was perfect, close to the historical section, and the staff treated me like a VIP.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more vegan options.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and we found it very charming. The location is great, as it's on a quiet street but close to the business district. The staff here were fantastic and gave us a personalised service. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a sitting area and ironing facilities. We also enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the garden view. The free toiletries and am/fm alarm clock were a nice touch.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

It is also close to two different metro stations, allowing for easy transportation around the city. The rooms are elegantly decorated with beautiful sheeting and classic locks. The staff is attentive and went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, even providing a full breakfast at 5:00 am for those with early departures. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a small dining room, bar, and a cozy library, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Noise from the main road can be a bit bothersome, especially for those staying in rooms at the front of the building.

I also loved the peaceful garden where I could relax in the shade. the property is very secure, with automatic gates and tall walls. my experience at Matildas Hotel Boutique was exceptional.

The historical charm of the converted colonial home, complete with high ceilings and a lovely garden, provided a restful oasis. The amenities were impressive, and even though there was no air conditioning, a high-quality fan made up for it. The staff, especially Priscilla on reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with taxis readily available and a nearby metro station. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a pair of mates returning from climbing Aconcagua, we were impressed with Matilda's. The beautifully appointed rooms and incredible breakfasts were a highlight. The Aussie-Chilean owners and their helpful staff provided excellent service. Situated in a trendy district with plenty of dining options, the hotel's location was ideal. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace overlooking the garden before heading out for dinner. The hotel's historic charm, beautiful garden, and secure property added to our positive experience.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, there were a few things that I appreciated. To begin with, the hotel had complementary toiletries and free bottled water which was a nice touch. the location was pretty ideal, as it was close to public transport and easy to navigate. Lastly, I enjoyed the fact that there was a garden area that added some peacefulness to the hotel.

There were a few points that were a let-down. the rooms were poorly insulated, making it easy to hear everything being said in the hallway.

The pleasant garden with mature trees. Good breakfast options and the option to enjoy it in the garden. The convenient location near public transport and local restaurants.

I had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel! the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Priscilla and Lorena were particularly helpful, recommending great restaurants and arranging tours for me. Fernando, the chef, made delicious breakfasts and the other staff members were attentive as I relaxed in the courtyard with a drink. the hotel itself is a beautifully renovated ancient villa with a charming, modern decor in the bedrooms. the location is convenient, just a short walk from a metro station and some important museums.

They even provided a delicious breakfast at 5:00 am to accommodate our early departure. the hotel, located in a restored mansion, had unique murals in each room, adding to its charm and character. We loved the lovely courtyard where we enjoyed coffee and snacks.
