The hotel had amazing complementary cakes and drinks in the lobby area which was a nice touch. the location was great, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. the room itself was cozy and felt like home.

The service was a huge let down. We waited for over an hour for our room to be cleaned on the first day.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Warsaw and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Magdalena and Łukasz, were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for local attractions. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, and Uber was readily available and affordable. Our junior suite was spacious and had a lovely terrace to enjoy the evenings. The complimentary amenities, such as bottled water and L'Occitane toiletries, were a nice touch. The breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options, including waffles, omelettes, and hot chocolate. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when in Warsaw!

Clean and spacious room with funky artwork and a glass wall overlooking the courtyard. Very nice and large bathroom with a double sink. Buffet breakfast served in a naturally lit interior terrazzo with paintings from the art gallery. Friendly and attentive staff.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. the luxurious amenities provided me with exclusive body scrub and massage services that were a true indulgence. the treatment room was impeccably clean and tranquil, offering a peaceful experience. the room advantages were exclusive with comfortable bedding and a beautiful view.

The only minor issue was the lack of in-room breakfast service. this did not diminish from the excellent views in the leisure and TV room, which were a pleasant distraction.
