I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location was tranquil and beautiful, surrounded by stunning mountains and lakes. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with fabulous breakfasts and lunches. I also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where I had a relaxing massage and took a dip in the indoor swimming pool. this venue exceeded my expectations and I had an incredible experience here.

This Easter break, I had a wonderful experience in a hotel surrounded by mountains and lakes. The breathtaking scenery was the highlight of my stay, and I was delighted to have access to the park, even outside regular hours. The hotel's cozy interior design and delicious food were also remarkable. Breakfast was my favorite meal, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were some minor inconveniences. The parking was not at the hotel building, and there was no assistance with luggage.

The scenery, hikes, and bike trails were amazing. Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful spa. Must visit!

Guests have the privilege of accessing the park outside of official opening hours, allowing for a serene and private experience. The architecture of the hotel is charming and the interior design creates a cozy atmosphere. The food served at the hotel is of high quality, with both breakfast and lunch options being particularly enjoyable.

There were some issues with the front desk staff, who were not overly welcoming and seemed understaffed. there was a cancellation of a scheduled BBQ event, possibly due to staffing issues.
