I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Santiago. The location was great, close to the metro and a large shopping mall. Despite a few language barriers with some staff, they were friendly and willing to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santiago.

As young people, we loved the spacious and modern rooms with a small kitchen and comfortable king size bed. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a helpful and problem-solving attitude.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lovely view. Some of the staff members were very accommodating and friendly. the hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and local restaurants.

The pool was not well-maintained, and we did not feel comfortable swimming in it. the temperature control in the room was controlled centrally by the hotel, which initially made our room too hot.

There were a few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom and on the room's carpet, but overall, it was still a clean and comfortable stay.
