I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Santiago. The location was great, close to the metro and a large shopping mall. Despite a few language barriers with some staff, they were friendly and willing to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santiago.

As young people, we loved the spacious and modern rooms with a small kitchen and comfortable king size bed. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a helpful and problem-solving attitude.

Felt truly looked after, no reason to complain.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lovely view. Some of the staff members were very accommodating and friendly. the hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and local restaurants.

The pool was not well-maintained, and we did not feel comfortable swimming in it. the temperature control in the room was controlled centrally by the hotel, which initially made our room too hot.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to all transport facilities and within walking distance to great shopping malls and attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, giving us a peaceful and relaxing experience. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, providing us with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

There were a few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom and on the room's carpet, but overall, it was still a clean and comfortable stay.

Our stay at this venue was wonderful! The hotel is located in a very nice district that offers a safe and enjoyable experience. We received great service from the staff who were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we required including a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed spending time in the indoor heated swimming pool and sun terrace.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
