The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning with beautiful and tranquil surroundings. The rooms are well constructed, providing good sound insulation for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the thermal pools offer a therapeutic experience, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The lack of English-speaking staff and poor communication about what is included in the package can be frustrating for non-Spanish speaking guests.

Located in the middle of lush greenery and surrounded by beautiful landscapes, this hotel's location was outstanding. the indoor and outdoor pools were a great touch and provided a refreshing swim after a long day of sightseeing. the food offered by the hotel was well cooked and had a distinct flavor that I really enjoyed.

Although the hotel's location and pool facilities were great, the rooms themselves were outdated and could use some freshening up. the staff seemed a bit understaffed, which led to long wait times for check-in and dinner service.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the staff were always available to cater to our every need, ensuring we had a comfortable and luxurious stay. the Spa & Wellness Centre was outstanding, with a wide range of treatments to choose from, including massages and body scrubs that left us feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also of excellent quality, with clean and well-maintained facilities.
