I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in Puerto Natales. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning architecture and unique design. The hotel itself is like a museum, filled with fascinating artifacts and history. And the location couldn't be better, nestled in the midst of breathtaking scenery and close to many incredible adventures in Torres del Paine.

The hotel had a prime location, just a short distance from the national park, with transportation easily accessible. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast selection were flawless.

The view from the room was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful fjord and mountains. the historic feel of the hotel added a unique touch to our stay, with the preserved cold storage areas giving a sense of the hotel's interesting past. the restaurant served delicious food, with the pulpo appetizer being a standout dish. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of excursions, including a boat tour to a glacier and horseback riding, which added to the overall experience.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a downside, especially during the hot weather. It would have been more comfortable to have at least a ceiling fan.

I recently celebrated Easter at this hotel and it was an incredible experience. the hotel has a unique historical background and is located in a stunning location with views of the Fjord. the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian dietary requirements. the food and drinks were fantastic, and the spa treatments were top-notch. the tours and activities offered were well-planned and varied. I especially loved the horseback rides and hikes, with breathtaking vistas to capture. this hotel provided a perfect adventure jump off point and a truly memorable Easter holiday.

One downside of this hotel was the distance to the park. Though it was only 5K from the nearest town, it was quite a journey to reach the Torres del Paine park.

Unique building with remnants of the old slaughterhouse, giving it a distinctive and original feel. Excellent location with a stunning view of the sea and the cordillera. Friendly staff, making you feel right at home. Delicious food, with a wide range of options to choose from.

We loved our stay at Singular Patagonia. The hotel is a beautifully renovated cold storage plant with stunning views of the lake and mountains from every room. The spa was amazing and the food at the bar and restaurant was delicious. The excursions with knowledgeable guides were a highlight. we highly recommend this hotel.

Some areas of the property, particularly the old machine rooms, can be cold. There was an issue with our reservation, where we were initially given a room with two double beds instead of the king bed we had requested.

We stayed at this unique hotel during our journey from Torres del Paine to Punta Arenas. The hotel itself is like a museum, with vast public areas that add to its charm. The "Singular Room" we stayed in had breathtaking views of the bay through its full window wall. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we highly recommend trying the BBQ experience at El Asador. Despite some reviews mentioning poor service, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
