Amazing location in a safe and vibrant area, close to attractions. Cozy rooms, fantastic breakfast with options for made-to-order eggs, well-equipped gym, and a rooftop bar for cocktails in the evenings. Good WiFi and a delightful dinner menu.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in the Lastarria area, adjacent to a park and within walking distance of historical buildings. The Lastarria room was comfortable, quiet, and even had American plugs. The breakfast was the best I had on my trip, with made-to-order eggs and delicious fruit. The service was outstanding, ensuring my safety during a State of Emergency. I highly recommend this hotel.

An absolute delight

I had the pleasure of staying at The Singular Santiago during my recent trip and it was truly an absolute delight. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by the gorgeous decor and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

The hotel had a great location, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant one evening, with interesting menu options. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a rain shower in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a wide selection of food and the waitstaff were friendly.

One small downside was that the lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it difficult to see when putting on makeup.

Immaculate in every way. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this hotel was going to be a great place to stay. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was immaculately clean. The balcony gave a lovely view of the surrounding streets and rooftops. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from popular tourist spots like Plaza de Armas and Metropolitan Park. I also loved the breakfast selection, it had a great variety of foods. I had a wonderful stay at The Singular and would highly recommend it to others.

This luxurious hotel here fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the room advantages were exceptional with comfortable beds and high, quality linens. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding with a sauna, steam room, and full, body massage options. the Rooftop pool was lovely, with a serene atmosphere and a pool with a view. the staff's service was impeccable throughout the stay.

The only minor negative aspect I experienced was the restaurant's breakfast; it lacked some choices.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stylish and comfortable rooms, the stunning rooftop terrace/bar, and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Santiago.

The hotel provided excellent service with a warm welcome and organized airport transfers. the staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large bath and plenty of storage for our belongings. the location was convenient, close to the art market and a variety of restaurants and bars.

The hotel could benefit from some updates, as the rooms felt a bit outdated and the carpet didn't appear to be clean. Additionally, there was one condescending staff member at the reception, which negatively impacted our experience.

Loved the comfy beds, delicious food, and the kindness of the staff. They checked us in early and catered to our needs as guests with children.
