Beautiful building, good location, friendly staff, good food, spacious rooms.

All was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ignacio and the manageress, were incredibly friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request to extend our stay. The facilities were outstanding, and the breakfast choices were plentiful. The hotel was located in a great area, reasonably close to Tobalaba Station, which made it easy to access the city center, restaurants. Everything, from the cleanliness to the hotel facilities and transportation options, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is in a great location, close to various amenities and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with modern bathrooms that are pristine. The breakfast spread is plentiful and delicious. The staff are welcoming and always ready to assist. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym and a stylish lobby and bar area.

The pool water was a bit cold and there were no changing rooms available for guests to use after checking out.

During my Christmas stay, I had a good time and there were a few things I was pleased with. the free minibar and complimentary chocolates in the room were a nice touch. the location was great as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, I enjoyed the fitness center which had modern equipment.

There were some negatives. the room was not well cleaned as I found a few hairs in the bathroom and on the sheets.

Close to Tobalaba Station, easy access to city center. Late check-out without charge. Relaxing atmosphere, eclectic modern decoration. Good, safe neighborhood. Easy to find taxis. Comfortable room, excellent bed, clean bathroom with rain shower. Extremely attentive staff. Great amenities.
