The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is varied and tasty, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a positive overall experience.

The ventilation system in some rooms has been reported to have issues, causing unpleasant smells from the kitchen to infiltrate the rooms.

The location was excellent - right opposite the beautiful Konyaalti beach. The hotel had a nice pool area and the spa offered reasonable prices. The staff were okay and the rooms were modern and clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious with good portion sizes.

Fantastic location by Konyaalti beach with stunning views. Helpful and excellent staff, especially Samera, Ibrahim, Emra, Saeed. Nice pool area and reasonably priced spa. Konyaalti beach is cleaner and offers a nicer walk, beach clubs, and mountain views. Recommend Kalypso beach club and Lucky 13 restaurant. City and waterfall tour is a must-do. Migros and Deepo outlets are great for shopping.

The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the beach. the room's modern interior was a standout and the spaciousness made the stay comfortable. Complimentary breakfast and room service showed great value for money. the option to call for a taxi through a button was very convenient.

The lack of soundproofing could make for a noisy night's sleep, and occasionally the smell of smoke wafted into the room. Housekeeping could also have been improved as they only made the bed and did not provide new towels or clean the bathroom.

This hotel is amazing value for money. The attention to detail is superb, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms with a balcony offer stunning views right opposite the beach. Breakfast is included, although it could be great if it had more fruit available.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right across from a beautiful beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The breakfast was excellent and there were also lunch options available. The pool with a bar was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room at Pacco Hotel & Spa was spotlessly clean and had a breathtaking view. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Being right on the beach made it convenient to take a swim whenever desired. The hotel even offered late-night swims in December! The spacious room and big terrace were a definite plus, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The massage from Sveta was simply amazing.

While some staff could be a bit unhelpful and irritable, most of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The dinner menu had limited options for the three days we stayed, and some dishes were not up to par.
