Good This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities. the service is impeccable, especially at the Spa & wellness centre. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and sauna are exceptional. the massage treatments are divine, and the spa lounge is serene. the beachfront is accessible, and the sun terrace has a stunning view. the restaurant is outstanding, with delicious in-room breakfast. the bar/lounge area is perfect for unwinding. the private facilities for each room are exceptional.

Cons There was a minor issue with the karaoke, which was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. this hotel is the epitome of luxury, with its location advantage, sun loungers, garden area, and spa centre.

We had an amazing romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning sea view from our room. the spacious room was beautifully decorated and the bed was really comfortable. We loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of options and the exceptional service provided by the staff. the hotel offered a surprise romantic dinner and a relaxing couples' massage that made our stay even more special.

The hotel lacked information about dining opportunities and spa prices, which was quite inconvenient. some drinks were overpriced compared to the local market.

During my recent stay at Angsana, I had a fantastic experience celebrating my husband's birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make it special by providing a birthday cake and beautifully decorated room. The elegance of the hotel's design and the stunning sea view, especially at sunset, added to the charm of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a delicious spread with plenty of choices to satisfy every palate. Moreover, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the massage at the hotel. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable, particularly Kelly from the restaurant who provided exceptional service. Compared to other hotels in China, I was impressed by the staff's high level of English-speaking proficiency.

While there were some drawbacks, such as the lack of information about dining options and prices in the hotel, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience. Additionally, some of the prices for drinks were deemed unreasonable.

The facilities, such as the pool and kids club, were well-maintained and provided entertainment for all guests.

I did notice that the level of English spoken by some of the service staff was quite limited.
