Room amenities are great, located near tourist attractions, staff are friendly

Stayed during the weekend and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room amenities, even comparable to those of higher-end hotels. the location of the hotel was also ideal, being near tourist attractions made it easy for us to explore the city. What really stood out to me though, was the friendliness of the staff, who were always willing to assist us with our inquiries and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

Given the quality of our room and the hotel’s ideal location, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a great weekend stay nonetheless.

Luxurious amenities, exceptional service and private facilities made for an unforgettable stay. the bar/lounge area boasted an extensive list of top-quality beverages. the room was spacious and elegant, and the umbrellas in case of rain saved the day. the location provided easy access to local attractions.

Although the restaurant staff was accommodating, communication was difficult as they lacked proficiency in English. A menu translation or picture display would have been helpful.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the airport express. It is just a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the subway, making it a great choice for those who want to avoid Beijing's traffic. there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby where you can buy food and other essentials.

The lack of English-speaking staff at the hotel is a major drawback. Guests have mentioned that the receptionists don't interact or smile, and conversations are often conducted through guides.

Close to Dongzhimen station, easy access to the airport. Quick and accommodating check-in on short notice. Confusion about room price resolved as promised. Helpful concierge. Good location and facilities. Special mention to guest relation officer for securing Great Wall tickets during busy holiday. Friendly cleaners and spacious bed.
