The hotel's location near the airport was very convenient for our business trip. We were able to reach the hotel in just 15 minutes from the Shenzhen Baoan International Airport. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Fuyong Bus Terminal made transportation options easily accessible. the spacious and comfortable room was another highlight of our stay. the amenities provided in the room met all our needs, and the internet connection was reliable for our work purposes.

On the downside, the hotel's catering options fell short of expectations. the food in the buffet breakfast and other meals lacked variety and were not very appetizing.

I recently stayed at Baolilai International Hotel for a week during a business trip. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a fresh and clean atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food at the hotel restaurants was exceptional, especially the breakfast and the late dinner I had. I also had the chance to try out the hotel spa and enjoyed my first-ever massage, which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of work. The location of the hotel, only 5 minutes from the airport, was a convenient perk. The hotel has improved in many ways since my last visit, from the updated facilities to the improved level of English spoken by the staff. The Japanese food served at the hotel was delicious, and the rotating restaurant on the top floor provided fantastic views along with great food. Baolilai International Hotel provided a great layout, superb facilities, and attentive staff.

The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms. the staff were pleasant and friendly. I really enjoyed the gym, even though the equipment was a bit outdated. the views from the gym were absolutely stunning. the location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to the places I needed to visit. the hotel also offered a free airport shuttle, which was convenient.

There were limited English channels on the TV, which was a bit disappointing. I also did not appreciate the constant offers of sending girls to my room from the bell boys in the entrance hall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent - very professional and courteous. They spoke English well and understood our needs. The hotel facilities were very good, including a big lobby bar that stays open late at night. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of local dishes. The hotel also has a relaxation zone with massage services, as well as a swimming pool and sauna that are open until midnight. We also loved the convenient location near the airport and the easy access to the closest metro station.

Almost perfect, but the restaurant seating was a bit uncomfortable.
