The staff was very welcoming, and the check-in process was

smooth, but I wish the bathroom had a bit more attention to detail as it seemed a little worn out. Nonetheless, I appreciated the discounted parking nearby, which made getting around the city a lot easier.

Unfortunately, the noise levels from the surrounding bars were overwhelming, especially on a Saturday night, disrupting sleep despite the supposedly soundproof windows.

Y'all, I tell ya – had a real clean room and a good night’s sleep after catchin’ a concert! Walkin' distance was perfect. The only hiccup was breakfast, but that’s on me for sleepin' in, reckon. Next time, I’ll fixin’ to wake up earlier for that honey on the rooftop!

this hotel wants to be fancy, yet the bed was as comfy as a slab of concrete! And let’s not forget the confusing set-up—who needs 3 lifts just to check out? I expected a complimentary upgrade but received nothing, clearly I’m just like everyone else here! I almost thought of giving a better score but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect for a family, just a short walk to the stadium and lots of shops nearby. Our stay was enhanced by the fantastic breakfast, which kept everyone happy. We loved the spacious room and the friendly atmosphere from the staff.

Had a pleasant stay in a clean and tidy room, and I loved how we could keep our bags there until check-in at 3 PM. Relaxation opportunities like the spa and comfortable lounge were a nice bonus. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore nearby shops, bars, and attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my TV, and the receptionist resolved it quickly without any hassle. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of high-quality options. Noise from the street was a concern at first, but it turned out to be minimal and didn't affect my stay. Would definitely come back for the experience.

Perfect for couples looking for a great time

Got a lovely deluxe room with a bottle of wine waiting for us, perfect touch for a getaway. Also, I slept like a baby not hearing a single noise from outside even with all those night owls roaming around, felt like a blast from the past when we found out the toasters could set the toast just the way you like it! !

Wasn't dirt cheap, but it was worth it for what we got.
