Nothing, all great.

As we walk in, we're immediately greeted by friendly staff who are always happy to help. This place is conveniently located within walking distance from the ferry terminal, making it easy to get around. The hotel amenities are more than adequate, and we were pleased with the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. It's nice that the room amenities include an ironing board, heating, and air conditioning, as well as free toiletries, a mini-bar. The sitting area is also a plus, with a flat-screen TV and carpeted floor.

The rooms were huge and had all the cool stuff we needed - king size beds, free internet, and even a separate shower and bath in the bathroom. We were so close to the ferry terminal and they had a free shuttle that took us everywhere, including The Venetian and other cool places. The staff were super helpful, especially this guy at the concierge desk who spoke great English and sorted out a tour for us. And the breakfast buffet was so good, we stuffed ourselves with all the yummy food.

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene near the hotel. We wanted to go out and have a blast with our friends, but there were very few bars around.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Real! the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable that we still miss it. the staff at the reception were extremely helpful and well-prepared. the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and major hotel/casino shuttle services. We were pleasantly surprised when we were given a free room upgrade and a complimentary fruit basket for celebrating a birthday. the rooms and facilities were well-maintained and clean. For the price we paid, it was excellent value for money. We will definitely recommend Casa Real to our friends and choose to stay here again. the service and facilities are on par with starred hotels.

I had a marvelous stay at Casa Real in Macau. Lemnual, the security personnel, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with excellent tips and advice. The hotel's location near the ferry terminal made it convenient to explore different areas of Macau. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee area served exceptional food. I highly recommend Casa Real for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
