The hotel has stunning views of the Sea of Japan and the surrounding landscape, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. the service was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The rooms were a bit small and lacked some amenities that would have been helpful, like more space for luggage. the language barrier was a bit of a challenge as some of the staff didn't speak English well.

During my recent stay at Hotel Neuschloss in Otaru, I was amazed by the stunning bath in my room. I could relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean while soaking in the Japanese-style tub. It was truly a luxurious experience. Additionally, the free shuttle service to the train station was incredibly helpful in getting around the area.

This hotel exceeded all expectations with its incredible value for money. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the stunning location. Situated on top of a hill with breathtaking views of the ocean, this hotel truly offers a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms with sea view are absolutely stunning, and the outside bath with a view is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to meet our needs. The basic amenities provided were of high quality, and the breakfast options were delicious and varied. a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque retreat.
