The hotel had a large bath tub and awesome breakfast. The staff was accommodating and found the perfect room. The Executive Queen had a fantastic view of the coastline and busy border crossing. The room was modern and clean with excellent lighting and controls. The staff was helpful and well-trained.

Convenient location near Macau, shopping mall in basement, short travel time to Macau, good breakfast, fast check-in and checkout, helpful bell-boys.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary welcome fruit plate upon arrival. It was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The hotel room was spacious and well-designed, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff upgraded my room for free, making my stay even more comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to the main bus/train terminal and the Gongbei border. The hotel also had a stunning view and spacious, modern rooms. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

Ideal location next to the Gongbei custom and linked to the underground shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff who greeted us with a smile.

Disappointed with the transportation service as the airport transfer driver was outsourced and not informed in advance. Front desk staff tried to trick visitors, especially foreigners, by charging different prices for the same room.

The staff treated me with utmost care and were always ready to assist me with any questions or needs I had.
