The hotel had a large bath tub and awesome breakfast. The staff was accommodating and found the perfect room. The Executive Queen had a fantastic view of the coastline and busy border crossing. The room was modern and clean with excellent lighting and controls. The staff was helpful and well-trained.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal to the port of Macau, making it easy to explore both areas. It is situated in the Gongbei area, within walking distance to the underground mall, providing plenty of shopping opportunities. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with amenities such as in-room movie channels and comfortable beds. The hotel staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day right.

There is a lack of privacy in the open bathroom design, which might make some guests uncomfortable.

Best aspects of the hotel are its convenient location, being a 5-7 minutes' walk from Gongbei custom and having a direct link to the LMN underground shopping area. the room is spacious with enough walking space and can accommodate two huge luggages. Moreover, the room facilities such as the safe and fridge are standard and in good condition.

Worst aspects of the hotel are the lack of a door in the bathroom, which may make some guests uncomfortable. Additionally, there are no hangers in the shower room, forcing guests to hang their towel and clothes on the bathroom door handle.

Disappointed with the transportation service as the airport transfer driver was outsourced and not informed in advance. Front desk staff tried to trick visitors, especially foreigners, by charging different prices for the same room.

The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious, with both Western and Chinese options. I felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the border gate to Macau and close to the local market where we found cheap and delicious food. Transportation was also convenient, with easy access to the railway station and the control point to Macau. The breakfast spread was wide, with plenty of choices from hot food to salad and bakeries. The staff was very nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Luxurious and Comfortable Stay We had an incredible stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were perfect for us, from the Swimming Pool to the Spa & Wellness Centre, everything was impeccable. the restaurant served exquisite meals with a variety of Special Diet Menus. Our room was spacious, with an Outdoor Swimming Pool view and we had access to Private Facilities such as an Open-air Bath.

Limited Entertainment the only minor problem is that the hotel did not offer much Nightlife entertainment such as a Night Club or Karaoke bar for leisure activities. the location is convenient with easy access to the Train Station and near the Beach with available Beach Umbrellas.

The staff treated me with utmost care and were always ready to assist me with any questions or needs I had.
