Great Stay

We had an amazing stay at Conrad. The location was perfect, with easy access to Sanlitun and the financial districts. We loved the proximity to Tuanjiehu Park, where we enjoyed watching the locals' morning activities. The staff on the executive floor were attentive and courteous, and the lounge was well-equipped. we had a fantastic stay at Conrad.

Impressive staff, comfy bed, luxurious bathroom, interesting design, good pool and gym, surprise gift. Spacious room and bathroom, huge pillows, comfortable bed. Decorated room for anniversary, great for couples, delicious breakfast in bed. Excellent support for sick daughter.

As business travelers, we were impressed by the attentive and helpful staff at The Conrad. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with a luxurious bathroom that includes a TV screen. The bed was incredibly comfy, and we appreciated the interesting design features throughout the hotel. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the added touch of a surprise gift in our room upon arrival.

The staff went out of their way to decorate our bedroom for our anniversary. The huge bathroom with a bathtub and a nice view was a highlight. The comfortable bed and option to watch TV in bed or in the bathtub were great. Breakfast in bed was delicious and the hotel service was fast and friendly.

For the price we paid, our stay at Conrad Beijing was worth every penny. The room was fantastic with its high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, and stunning views. The staff treated us like royalty, being polite, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. The location, though busy with traffic and pollution, was manageable.

Breakfast delights at Conrad could be improved with a greater variety of Chinese dishes. Cold vegetables and boiled tofu rice were a bit too simple for our taste.

The hotel is located in the Wangfujing district, a popular shopping area catering to the Chinese population of the city. The downtown location is conveniently close to a metro station, allowing for easy transportation around Beijing. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, with the continental breads and pastries being particularly delicious. The hotel also has a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, and a well-equipped gym for guests to enjoy.

The air conditioning/heater in the rooms is not very responsive and can be difficult to control in the winter.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the complimentary bottled water we received in our room. the hotel’s key location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and experience some of the local culture.

The quality of the food was not up to the standards I was expecting from a hotel of this caliber, especially during the Christmas holiday. the rooms were not properly insulated, making them quite noisy and affecting our sleep quality.

We had an incredible romantic getaway at this hotel. the rooms were stunning, with luxurious furnishings and high ceilings. the view of the city from our room was breathtaking, especially at night. the location was also perfect for us, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

There were a few areas that could be improved. the check-in process was a bit chaotic and could have been better organized.
