We had a great stay at Conrad! The location was perfect for our meetings, with easy access to transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed. we would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

Our stay at Conrad was fantastic from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and we were given our room before noon, allowing us to settle in and start enjoying our stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the mountain and peak. We appreciated the amenities like the large flatscreen TV, fridge, and espresso machine, which were all replaced daily. The hotel's location above the Pacific Place shopping mall made it convenient for exploring, and we loved the access to the Admiralty MTR. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as a missing room service menu and a small issue with the air conditioning, the attentive staff quickly resolved these matters. I highly recommend staying at Conrad for a fabulous experience.

The gym and health club are fabulous. Housekeeping is incredible, always cleaning without disturbing. The location is super convenient with direct mall access. The staff is friendly and customer-focused. The feeling of being at home and tranquil is wonderful.

As a woman traveling alone, I absolutely loved the attention to detail and spectacular views at this hotel. The shopping mall adjacent to the hotel had everything I needed, and the concierge service provided great recommendations. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the business floor was efficiently designed. The overall experience was simply wonderful.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, right on top of a mall that had everything we needed. We were able to easily access the MTR subway system and it made getting around Hong Kong so convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and luxury bath amenities. The staff at the hotel were nice and attentive as well.

The hotel could use some renovation as it looked a bit tired and outdated.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City

I had a fantastic experience during my recent business trip. the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location was perfect, with easy access to major transportation and a variety of restaurants nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of work. the view from my window was simply breathtaking, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of the city skyline. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Fast check-in, got room early. Helpful staff. Access to mall and MTR. Lobby lounge great for high tea. No breakfast due to early flight. Would stay longer next time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with special thanks to the Concierge desk and the housekeeping crew on our floor. The hotel's location in the Pacific Plaza was perfect, with easy access to the Pacific Place mall, MTR, and various city centers like Central, Wanchai, and Causeway Bay. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff was helpful and attentive. We also enjoyed a great breakfast and appreciated the good help we received for ticket amendments. this hotel provided us with a fantastic experience.

We stayed in this luxurious hotel for a special occasion and were impressed with the exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pool were outstanding. We enjoyed the full body massage, steam room, and foot massage, among other treatments. the sun terrace and heated swimming pool were a great place to relax on a sunny day, with comfortable sun loungers and a garden area. the entertainment was fantastic, and we loved the live shows and music performances.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant, which had limited special diet menus. the in-room breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed dining at the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area.

The room and breakfast quality were excellent, with a wonderful high sumptuous bed and a glorious bathroom. The hotel also offers a peaceful atmosphere on the 55th floor with views of the Peak. It is well located, close to the main events in the Central district and Admiralty. Additionally, it is within easy walking distance to the Star Ferry pier and Wan Chai. If you're looking to splurge on an upscale hotel, the Conrad is a perfect choice. They also have a great house Jazz band that plays in the bar most nights!

The concierge service is awesome and provides great recommendations. The hotel also boasts the most comfortable bed and an extremely efficient business floor.

The hotel rooms were modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was also clean, and the wifi worked well. One thing I really enjoyed was the food, which was delicious. Additionally, the price was reasonable, especially considering the hotel's convenient location and excellent services.

I was disappointed with the view from the harbour view room that I had booked. Instead of getting a beautiful view of the harbor, all I saw were office windows from the building in front of the hotel.
