I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The level of luxury here is unparalleled. The location is absolutely perfect, being very close to downtown and within walking distance to a big shopping mall. This makes it convenient for grabbing a bite to eat at one of the few very classy restaurants in the city center. Additionally, the hotel is also situated near the sights of the city, allowing you to easily explore all that Hangzhou has to offer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends. It truly provides enhanced comfort and quality services that will make your stay in this wonderful city even more enjoyable.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Convenient location near public transportation. Nice fitness center with modern equipment.

Stayed here during xmas and it was a good experience. the breakfast had a mix of American and Chinese food, which was a nice surprise. the hotel was located near a small market with Asian food and fruit stalls, which made it easy to find snacks and drinks. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, ensuring a good night's rest.

The hotel location was not great for sightseeing and the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. There was a language barrier which made communication difficult and some amenities, such as room key cards, were outdated.
