Just returned from a FANTASTIC STAY in a vibrant area of London for the Chelsea Flower Show. the apartment was cozy and stylish, with top-notch service. Definitely choosing this gem again. the photos don't do justice to how amazing it is! .

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the hottest spots in Chelsea and catching a live show at the Entertainment venue nearby. the rooms were lit with comfy beds and cool tech – perfect for chilling after a wild night out!

Wish there were more late-night party opportunities to keep the vibe going for us young party animals.

They not only provided a cot, but also gave us a children's towel and a new stuffed animal. The loft studio apartment was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. The kitchenette was well-equipped with high-quality appliances, and we even received a lovely basket of goodies upon arrival. The attention to detail, from the great towels to the fantastic sheets, was truly exceptional. The neighborhood was also top-notch, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Spent New Year’s Eve in an apartment and it felt like “home sweet home! ” the staff was friendly and helpful. the kitchen is well-equipped, and it was an advantage as we could cook our meal. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. Slept like a baby in the comfortable bed.

The housekeeping wasn't that great, and we had to ask for extra towels several times. However, the concierge was always there to help with anything we needed.

The location is great, with a tube station nearby for easy access to attractions. There are also plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants in the area, such as Gordon's wine bar on 47 Villars Street. Additionally, the hotel is close to shopping places.

The concierge staff needs to have a better understanding of the tube system.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the luxurious amenities, such as the private facilities and exclusive room advantages, made my stay unforgettable. the service was impeccable and I felt truly taken care of throughout my time here.

It was not as reliable as I would have liked it to be, which caused some frustration when trying to work from my room.
